Also, what are good exercises to slim down the inner thighs? Are there any exercises to get rid of a double chin as well, or slim down the face in general

As far as thighs go, I can totally see where it’s just fat now, and it’s all jiggly and gross and I don’t like how it looks at all! I wouldn’t wear out as many jeans if I got rid of it and got a thigh gap, which would be lovely to have.

Double chin: Gotta go. I want a lovely, slim face. I’ve got the bone structure for it, I can tell, I just don’t know how to get from point A to point B in terms of fat loss.
